Hi friends!

I have this friend her name is Kate she an amazing baker… well honestly that’s what I’ve heard. Okay so listen up…. remember on my about me page I mentioned on the first “tab” that I’m vegan so I haven’t had the pleasure of actually eating these AMAZING cookies but my family and friends have and they LOVE them.

The cookies above are the ones I purchased for our vacation in June. We happened to be at the beach just starting vacation on Juneteenth this year! It was a treat for the family to have these vanilla almond cookies that looked like us!

So recently Kate celebrated her cookieiversary in Leesburg at our home away from home AWL Creative with DIY cookie decorating, games, prizes, mocktails, and photo ops.

The images above are of my daughter. She had so much fun decorating these cookies. While she started I went to see Umbrella Dry Drinks. Currently, they are operating as a pop-up bar & bottle shop in old town Alexandria, Virginia. Check out the Cookie Monster cocktail we had! Totally instagramable!

Kate also had this gorgeous balloon photo backdrop made by Bubble Pop Parties. I just loved the design so much!!

She was enjoying herself so much that we asked her cousins to join in on the fun and they drove over to celebrate Kate as well.

These girls are like sisters! They had a great time as you can see.
